What I work on

Continuous deployment

Makes deployment a non-event. For a Swiss logistics company and a US consumer lender, led the move from manual deployment to continuous deployment with no human in the loop.

Platform as a product

Built a self-service developer platform for up to five product engineering teams plus QA and delivery, measured with DORA-aligned metrics. Cut total cloud costs by more than two-thirds by improving every stage of the CI/CD pipeline and its quality gates.

Business and engineering alignment

Introduced EventModeling so business and engineering design from one shared blueprint. Rebuilt a pharma research platform on event sourcing with an onshore team and an offshore team in Bangalore, on time and on budget.

People leadership

Leads through managers and stays close to the teams. Co-developed an engineering career ladder covering more than 50 people across product engineering, QA, platform and security. Closely involved in hiring, and has mentored numerous people.
